View the design booklet →Loveland Rowhouse needed an identity that could market a residential development while feeling warm and rooted rather than corporate, something that would resonate with the people who'd actually live there and with the investors backing it.
I built the identity around a growing sprig of leaves paired with a refined serif, a mark that ties directly to the "land" in Loveland and to the idea of putting down roots. The full "Loveland Rowhouse" wordmark integrates the leaf into the initial letter, while a compact "LR" monogram gives the brand a mark that works small, on signage, stationery, or a favicon.
The palette pairs a deep forest green with warm cream and taupe, giving the brand a natural, residential feel that stays legible across light and dark applications alike.
The mark was designed to hold up everywhere the development would show up, from an interior wall to a full range of colorways, so the brand stays consistent whether it's on a sign, a brochure, or a screen.
The finished brand gave Loveland Rowhouse a warm, recognizable identity and a full toolkit of marks to carry it across every touchpoint.
