Welcome to my portfolio. With around 9 years experience in graphic design, I’ve had the opportunity to grow and refine my skill set. Throughout my journey, I’ve become proficient in nearly all Adobe products, allowing me to create a diverse range of designs, including logos, brand packs, brochures, and more.
I am passionate about bringing creative ideas to life and am always excited for new opportunities to collaborate and elevate brands through design.
Spark
This design pack was created for SparkBlackBear, an apartment complex in West Virginia. I incorporated their branding to ensure a cohesive and professional look that aligned with their identity. This project was a Broker Opinion of Value (BOV), designed to present key financial and property insights in a visually compelling and informative way.
One Lytle
This design pack was created for One Lytle, a downtown Cincinnati apartment complex aiming to maximize rental potential. It showcases the property’s amenities and provides a competitive analysis of nearby apartment complexes. By highlighting potential upgrades, this project demonstrates how strategic improvements could justify higher rental rates, helping to position One Lytle as a premium living option in the market.
Meadow Creek
Meadow Creek was one of my earlier design projects, created as a Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) to help the owner assess the apartment complex’s worth. This project showcases my foundational design skills, providing clear and visually structured property insights. Featuring it in my portfolio highlights how my abilities have evolved over time, refining my approach to branding, layout, and presentation.
